​This virtual exhibit, an adjunct to a physical exhibit now on display at the museum in Wytheville, was funded in part by Virginia Humanities, the Wythe-Bland Foundation, and the Virginia Tourism Corporation. The purpose of the project was to design and create a series of exhibit panels (or, in the virtual case, images) that would provide background information and context for the various social, economic, and political issues and trends that shaped and formed the life and times of First Lady Edith Bolling Wilson. The exhibit covers a variety of topics, all in response to the majority of our visitors’ questions and interests.
